Coffee returns:
We take quality seriously. Every batch is roasted, cupped, and checked by our team to make sure it hits the standard before it ever leaves our roastery. Because our coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns.
That said, your experience matters to us. If something’s off with your order, or if your coffee isn’t what you expected, reach out anytime via our contact form.
Please note:
Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers (USPS, FedEx, etc.) and can vary, especially during busy periods. Delays are outside our control and we can’t take responsibility for transit hold-ups, but we’ll always help however we can.
What is my order status?
Garment pre-orders ship once produced. In stock orders ship within 7-10 business days. With production and fulfillment being fully custom and done by hand, roughly 8-12 weeks is the norm to receive a tracking number for pre-ordered items (sometimes longer if the garment is complex).
For those ordering from outside of the US, shipping can take longer. We are not responsible for any duty or custom fees incurred as a result of international shipping. Orders are not always guaranteed if there is a shortage in stock, in which case you will be fully credited or refunded.
What is your garment return/exchange policy?
We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges, unless there are special circumstances, in which case you will incur a re-stocking fee. For any defects or damage, there is a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

What are your aftercare instructions?
Machine wash cold with like colors or alone. Only use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry on low.
Note: All garments will start to fade eventually. It's ultimately up to you to take care of your Dokuro garment, and these are just some common steps you can take to prolong the lifespan of your item.
